            We recently purchased a home with the assistance of one of your realtors, Jeff Roehrick.

We want you to know how pleased we were with our experience with Jeff. We have never met a more honest, personable, knowledgeable and hard-working realtor. Before meeting Jeff, we had purchased and sold other properties and had the misfortune of working with several dishonest and/or incompetent realtors. After selling our home with a realtor who did little more than collect her commission, requiring us to do most of the work and interact with the buying agent and escrow/title company, we decided that it was best for us to buy the next home entirely on our own. Since one of us is an attorney who grew up in Huntington Beach, we felt comfortable going through a purchase transaction without a realtor representing us. To our dismay, most selling agents either did not take us seriously when we inquired about homes without a buying agent or tried to pick us up as clients for themselves. We were looking at homes in the million plus dollar range and went to countless open houses before we met Jeff.

            Upon jour first encounter, we noticed something different with Jeff. The most striking difference was that instead of appearing pushy and trying to sell himself, he seemed to take a genuine interest in our needs. He was able to answer every conceivable question we had about home buying. He is also very knowledgeable about the build quality of homes, and has many contacts and resources related to home improvements. Instead of employing obvious sales tactics, Jeff appeared practical and knowledgeable in his approach to our housing search.

            Jeff was incredibly patient as we were admittedly extremely selective about the home we wanted to buy. Home buying is emotional and the offer and acceptance phase use to always create quite a bit of anxiety in us. This is where Jeff’s even-keeled and professional disposition was able to put us at ultimate ease. He was able to buffer any ups and downs that are inherent in this process. Jeff is also always prepared for any issue that may arise during the escrow period. In the past, we had to quell the fires on our own without any assistance. With this home purchase, Jeff took care of everything from start to finish, attending to every detail. Jeff’s professional and personable approach to his work instilled in us, an unwavering confidence that we would ultimately get the perfect house – and we did! We truly believe that Jeff deserves much of the credit for us finding THE perfect house. He is now our ‘REALTOR FOR LIFE’.

My wife and I started looking for a house in October of 2001. We contacted Jeff Roehrick from a listing we came across and he was willing to sit down with us to find out what our needs were. For the next nine months Jeff would keep us informed on any properties that met our criteria. My husband and I recently took the plunge and decided to buy our first home.  We started out by doing as much research of the real estate market and process as we possibly could.  Having done our research, we knew exactly what we wanted we now just needed the right real estate agent to help us find the right home.  This part of the process we thought was going to be the easiest compared to what lay ahead of us with the rest of the ‘home-buying’ process.  Unfortunately, this couldn’t have been further from the truth!  Every real estate agent we talked with and/or went out looking for places with turned out to be a complete waste of time, when time is of the essence in the house-hunting process.  They would take us to properties which did not meet our most basic requirements in either amenities or price range.  Some agents would take us to unsightly places to see, while others would not even consider talking or meeting with us unless we met with certain prerequisites of theirs, while yet other agents took us to places which were priced out of our price range, with the agents assuring us that there was nothing else out there in the price range we were looking for.  After going through about ten different real estate agents in a significantly short amount of time, we thought our cause was almost lost, until we heard about Jeff Roehrick.  Jeff was referred to us by a friend who had heard of our real estate agent woes.  He highly recommended Jeff so we decided to give him a call as we were at our wits end.  Fortunately for us, it was the best call we ever made!  Jeff changed our whole house-hunting and home-buying experience around and actually made it a pleasure as opposed the overwhelming nightmare it had previously been. 

Jeff went out of his way to help us in every step of the way through-out the entire home-searching and home-buying process.  He listened intently to our concerns and to what type of home we were looking for.  From the location we would be interested in to the amenities we were looking for to the price range we were looking to buy at, Jeff listened and produced the desired results we were looking for.  We almost couldn’t believe that there was actually a real estate agent out there that had actually taken the time to take us seriously and to genuinely try to help us with the entire home-buying process!  Jeff’s professionalism, his knowledge of the entire real estate industry, his genuine drive to help, his determination and positive outlook as well as his input were of immeasurable value to us!  We could not have found our first home without his expertise and help throughout the entire process.  Jeff not only took the time to show us countless of places at any given time day or night (as time is of the essence), but he also went out of his way to help explain any situations or questions as they arose and was also of the utmost value in assuring that the entire escrow process ran as smooth and as on time as we needed it to!   We couldn’t have found a better agent, and now a good friend as well.
